Welcome, and thank you for visiting swayambhupets.com (the “Site”), the website of Swayambhu Pets (“Swayambhu Pets”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Use are a friendly but clear explanation of what this website is, and what it isn’t. By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. This is an information website

The Site exists to tell you about our dog and cat boarding and training sanctuary near Mumbai and to help you get in touch. It is informational only. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, a contract, or a confirmed booking, and using the Site does not by itself create any agreement between us.

2. Bookings happen off the website

You cannot book, pay or reserve a place through this Site. When you use the enquiry form it simply opens WhatsApp with your message ready to send. Any actual training programme or boarding stay is arranged separately — usually over WhatsApp, by phone, or in person — and is governed by the specific terms we agree with you at that time (including any intake form, health and vaccination requirements, advance, and cancellation terms). Those agreed terms, not this website, govern your pet’s stay or training.

3. Prices, availability and content

We try to keep everything on the Site accurate and current, but details such as prices, programmes, room types, dates and availability can change and are shown for general guidance only. They are indicative, not a guaranteed quote, and the figures that apply to you are the ones we confirm directly with you. We may update or change the Site’s content at any time without notice.

4. Our brand and content

The name “Swayambhu Pets”, our logo, and the text, photographs and videos on the Site belong to us (or are used with permission) and are protected by law. Please don’t copy, reproduce or reuse them for your own commercial purposes without our written permission. You are welcome to share links to the Site.

5. About our services, training results and pet care

We love what we do and we work hard for every animal in our care, but please understand:

• Training outcomes vary. Any results, timelines, “happy tails” stories, photographs and testimonials shown on the Site are illustrative of past work — they are not promises or guarantees. Every animal is an individual, and progress depends on the animal, its history, and your involvement at home.
• This is not veterinary or medical advice. Content on the Site is general information about pet care, training and boarding. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified veterinarian. For any health concern, please consult your vet.
• Specific arrangements come at intake. Anything we say on the Site about facilities, supervision, health or vaccination requirements is subject to the actual intake agreement we make with you for a particular stay or programme.

6. Links to other services

The Site links out to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps, and YouTube, and embeds some content from them. We don’t control those services and we aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or their own terms and privacy practices. Following those links is at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information shown on the Site, from any temporary unavailability of the Site, or from third-party services linked from or embedded in it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot legally be excluded — including your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bhiwandi / Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
