So every pet who stays here gets what mine do: a real bed, a familiar routine, and someone who learns their name and their funny little quirks on day one. We send you photos every day because that’s exactly what I’d want if it were my boy.

What vaccinations does my pet need?
All guests must be up to date on core vaccinations (and a kennel-cough booster for dogs). Just bring the records to your meet & assessment — we’ll guide you if anything is pending.
Will I get updates while my pet is with you?
Every day. You’ll receive photos and an honest note on how they ate, played and slept. Luxury Suite guests also get a daily video call.
What training methods do you use?
Strictly force-free, positive-reinforcement methods. We never use fear, choke or shock tools — only kind, science-based techniques that build lasting trust.
Can I bring my pet’s own food and bedding?
Please do. Keeping their usual food and a familiar blanket makes the stay far less stressful. We’ll stick to your feeding routine to the letter.
Do you board cats and dogs together?
Never. Cats stay in a separate, quiet, dog-free wing with their own condos and play time, handled by cat-savvy caretakers.
What if my pet needs medication?
We’re happy to administer prescribed medication at no extra cost. Our partner vet is on call should anything come up during the stay.
